Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidelines and Terms

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), my business is taking extra precautions with the care of every client to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance.

I, THE CLIENT, AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• I understand the symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days.

• I affirm the I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days

• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days.

• I understand that Myra Stone Photography cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this guideline or the health history provided by each client.

GUIDELINES AND TERMS

•Limiting the number of clients, inside the studio, to no more than 10 people.

• We will maintain a 6 foot distance, with little to no contact.

• I will not allow visitors to the session, we need to avoid unnecessary contact with people not directly involved in the photo session.

• All equipment will be sanitized before each session and ask that you do not handle any equipment.

• Hand washing and/or hand sanitizer will be used before and after each session.

• Masks will be required.
